2013 Progress Report

I lost the weight through a month of Keto & 16/8 Intermittent Fasting. I was also doing C25K with occasional NTC workouts. I was a freaking machine.
I was so close…but I gave in one tired day and starting overeating carbs again. After doing a full marathon, I stopped running for a year. I got a desk job. I ate fast food thrice a day. I became complacent.
And I became 152lbs. Again.
I didn’t have a Fitblr then. Maybe it could have changed everything. Maybe I would have stayed motivated. Maybe I would have had my dream body by now. Maybe I was just weak. I don’t know. It doesn’t matter—past selves shall stay in the past.
This year, I want to be that close again. Actually, I want to be even better. 2014 is going to be the year I reach my fitness goals:
123lbs @ 23 years; 20% BF
30km/wk running; 180mins/wk workout
80% clean eating
I will not break this time. I will change my habits for the better. I will be gentler but consistent. I will stay that way for life.
